This new construction window is made of Brilliance, a strong and attractive solid white vinyl that will never peel, warp, blister, or flake. It features low-E and Argon gas filled double pane glass for enhanced efficiency, as well as a fully welded frame and sashes. Both the top and bottom sashes can be opened for ventilation and tilt in for easy cleaning. The exterior and interior are both in Brilliance white vinyl, and the window also has a corrosion-resistant, Teflon-coated, stainless steel constant force balance system that allows for effortless operation. Its weather-tight true sloped sill ensures better water repellency compared to other drainage systems. For added security, Nite locks prevent the window from being opened more than 2 inches. The full screen, made of a dark fiberglass mesh, allows for ventilation while keeping insects out and maximizing visibility.
